There is so much going on at the Open - here are some of the highlights.

Grand Slam Oval is the epicentre of fan entertainment at the Australian Open; a mix of live tennis viewing, pop up entertainment, activities and the best of Melbourne’s food and drink scene. In 2019, Grand Slam Oval is set to come alive with the ‘Best of Victoria’. Four distinct quarters will pay tribute to four central pillars of Victorian lifestyle; the Beach, Vineyards, the City and Chinatown.

Saturday 12 January (Kids Tennis Day): 8:00am – 4:00pm

Monday 14 – Sunday 29 January: From the time of gates opening until end of play.*

*Opening hours for various food and beverage outlets will vary.

The AO Festival is located at Birrarung Marr and connects the City of Melbourne with the Australian Open. Patrons and fans are offered the opportunity to enjoy some tennis action, along with some of Melbourne’s hottest pop-up restaurants before they have even entered Melbourne Park. Take some time to go to the tennis early and enjoy the atmosphere before entering Melbourne Park.
